Monica Bell  |  Firm Administrator

After spending 30+ years with Causey Wright, Monica had performed every job within the firm, from filing to paralegal, bookkeeping to accounts management, and everything in between. With this amount of experience, it was a natural step for her to become the Firm Administrator. In this role, she manages the administrative side of the business: personnel, health & benefits, accounting and taxes, advertising, our computer network and database, all while providing input and guidance to the paralegals and attorneys regarding case management and work loads. Her experience and institutional knowledge are invaluable as the firm continues to grow and expand.

Monica keeps busy at home with her youngest daughter Evelyn while keeping tabs on her triplet daughters - Caitlin, Hailey, and Sophia who attend Western Washington University in Bellingham. In her free time Monica enjoys kayaking with her husband Erik, playing with their dog Holly, and hanging out on the beach with her family on Hood Canal and Whidbey Island.
